“How do I attract employees and apprentices from abroad? How can the Welcome Centers support me in this? And what experiences have companies had with this?”
At the event, you will first get an overview of currently funded recruitment projects. We will then pick out two recruitment projects as examples. One project is for apprentices from Nepal and the other is for skilled workers from India. The project managers will present these projects in more detail and will then be available to answer questions.
The event is aimed at company representatives and HR managers who are considering recruiting from abroad or would like to learn about other projects that make recruitment possible.
