Approaching international students early on is worthwhile for several reasons. They have a German or international degree and are familiar with the German language and culture. After graduation, they can start working immediately, making them valuable skilled workers of tomorrow.
International students usually receive a residence permit valid for up to 18 months to look for work in Germany. As an employer, you can save a lot of time in the recruitment process because the graduates already live in the region.

In our job application training sessions, you can present your company and answer questions about recruitment.

You can present your company and the career opportunities it offers in a relaxed atmosphere. Over coffee, you can chat with the students and get to know them better.
