Future employees

Get in touch with young talent early on

Approaching international students early on pays off for several reasons. They have a German or international degree and are familiar with the German language and culture. After graduating, they can start work immediately, which makes them valuable specialists of tomorrow.

International students usually receive a residence permit valid for up to 18 months to help them find a job in Germany. As an employer, you can save a lot of time on recruitment because the graduates are already living in the region.

Our activities

Present your company at our events

All formats offer you the opportunity to come into contact with international students during their studies and to draw their attention to career opportunities in your company.

The offer is free of charge and coordinated by the Welcome Center Rhein-Neckar. Please do not hesitate to contact us.
