What exactly does a Welcome Center do?

From the first steps to arrival and in the working life : we inform, advise and guide. So that international skilled workers and their families feel welcome in the region from the very beginning.

The Rhine-Neckar Welcome Center’s advisory services are offered free of charge in cooperation with the City of Mannheim, Heidelberger Dienste gGmbH and the Rhein-Neckar District administration office. Advice appointments can be made in person, by telephone or online.

Welcome Center locations in Baden-Württemberg

In Baden-Württemberg, in addition to the Rhine-Neckar Welcome Center and the state-wide Welcome Center for Social Economy, there are another eleven Welcome Centers for international skilled workers, which are funded by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Labour and Tourism. With eleven locations throughout Baden-Württemberg, the Welcome Centres are always close to the people and the region.
